Method of operation

2. Turn the "temperature control switch" of the thermal laminator to light up, and adjust the number on the temperature control adjustment table to 035. After about 20 minutes of preheating, the temperature of the hot rod will gradually rise, and when the temperature reaches 35 When the surface temperature is lower than the temperature, the thermostat will automatically shut down, stop preheating and heating and the red light will go out.

3. In the summer, the working environment temperature is high, the temperature of the hot rod of the hot laminator rises too fast, and the temperature control action of the thermostat is too fast, just reset it according to the second point.

4. When the thermostat enters the automatic temperature control, observe the indication of the ammeter: 220v machine ammeter indication is 4A; when the ammeter indication is 0, it means to stop heating.

5. The footswitch is used to control the start and stop of the board when the thermal laminator is laminating. If continuous laminating for a long time, switch the laminator to the manual position.

6. Thermal laminating machine is equipped with an automatic leakage-proof switch to prevent a short circuit from causing a fire and protect the safety of the operator. The switch action should be checked once a month.
