12 months guarantee for machine after delivery, except for the conditions as below:

A. Damage caused by the machine being carried by customer’s staff

B. Damage caused during the machine operation by customer’s operator

C. In areas where the voltage is unstable, the parts are damaged because the voltage stabilizer is not used

D. Failure to use the correct voltage, thus causing damage to the machine

E. Damage caused by changing the machine without the consent of the company

F. The machine are not shipped by our company, but are purchased by distributors or other factories

G. Damage caused by self-maintenance and disassembly without the guidance of our technical personnel

H. Natural disasters or irresistible factors

I. Consumable parts are not covered by the warranty, such as cold knife, knife pad, rubber roller, proximity switch, button switch, pneumatic cylinder, heating copper, heating pipe (sheet)
